Ltd. has been working in the area of safe disposal of electronic waste. This thought is supported by our global policy, as well the legislation passed by the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) (called E-waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2016), which came into effect from 1st Oct 2016.

Prijai Heat Exchangers Pvt. Ltd. will seek shared responsibility and cooperation from customers in reducing the environmental impact of their products.

Prijai Heat Exchangers Pvt. Ltd. will comply with all the applicable laws related to e-waste management Rules 2016.

As part of the e-waste recycling initiative, Prijai Heat Exchangers Pvt. Ltd. has authorized an E-waste Recycling company, named Attero Recycling Private Limited, to collect, dismantle and recycle E-waste – collected from all over India. Attero, with its patented technologies, with over 200+ patents filed, is one of the top ten global players. Attero's vision is to look at E-waste not just as waste, but as an important resource that can be made useful – instead of shunning it as a social and environmental burden with their fully automated facility for e-waste recycling.

How it is works

Each ENERO model in India comes with a product information booklet. This carries instructions on how todispose the product when it reaches the end of its life.

What the Wheelie Bin symbol means: The symbol says don’t dispose your e-waste into the municipal waste collection bins. That’s because these wastes are hazardous in nature and need to be recycled in a special way.

How this channelization will work

If you want to handover your old product than you can call on our e-waste recycling partner's Toll Free No. 1800 103 6328. Customer care representatives will explain you about the process of disposal and will share the nearest drop point location to drop e-waste and If any customer wants to handover the material from their door steps then we do send Attero Recycling reverse logistic team to collect the items and channelize the same to our e-waste partner plant for final processing.

Do's

  • Keep the product in isolated area, after it becomes non-functional/un-repairable so as to prevent its accidental breakage.
  • Consult your nearest Collection Point for disposing of products that have reached the end of life.
  • Make sure that your electronic products are recycled only by authorized recy clers/dismantlers.

Don’ts

  • The product should not be opened by the User himself/herself, but only by authorised service personnel.
  • Never dismantle your electronic products yourself.
  • Never sell or give E-Waste to informal and unorganized sectors like local scrap dealer/ rag pickers.
